Kullanım koşulları

Nullius’u Spone Labs geliştirir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve gizlilik politikasını kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store’dan indirildiği için Apple’ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir.

Hizmet

Nullius bilim sorularını yanıtlar, etkileşimli simülasyonlar, belgeler ve görseller üretir, telefonunun sensörleriyle ölçüm yapmanı sağlar. Yanıtlar ve simülasyonlar yapay zekâ ile üretilir. Kaynakları ve kanıt düzeyini göstermeye özen gösteririz, ama her sonuç hatalı ya da eksik olabilir.

Tavsiye değildir

Nullius öğrenmek ve merakını gidermek içindir. Tıbbi, hukuki, finansal ya da güvenlikle ilgili bir kararı yalnızca Nullius’un yanıtına dayandırma; böyle konularda bir uzmana danış. Ölçüm laboratuvarındaki nabız ve benzeri deneyler eğitim amaçlıdır, tıbbi cihaz değildir.

Hesap

Nullius’u hesap açmadan kullanabilirsin. Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparsan geçmişin cihazların arasında eşitlenir. Verilerini ya da hesabını uygulamadaki Ayarlar > Hesap ayarları bölümünden istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Nullius Pro aboneliği

Ücretsiz sürümün günlük kullanım sınırları vardır. Nullius Pro bu sınırları kaldırır ya da yükseltir; güncel sınırlar uygulamadaki abonelik ekranında yazar.
Abonelik aylık ya da yıllık olarak sunulur. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple hesabından alınır.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
Aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçerliliğini yitirir.
İade talepleri Apple’ın iade kurallarına göre Apple tarafından değerlendirilir.

Kullanım kuralları

Nullius’u yasalara aykırı, başkalarına zarar veren ya da tehlikeli amaçlar için kullanamazsın. Sistemi aşırı yükleyecek, sınırları otomatik araçlarla aşacak ya da güvenliğini zayıflatacak girişimlerde bulunamazsın. Bu kurallara uyulmazsa hesabı kısıtlama ya da kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

İçeriğin

Sorduğun sorular, eklediğin fotoğraflar ve senin için üretilen içerik sana aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için bu içeriği saklamamıza ve işlememize izin verirsin. Bir sohbeti ya da simülasyonu paylaştığında, bağlantıya sahip herkes onu görebilir. Ortak laboratuvara eklenen simülasyonlar kimliksiz olarak herkese açık kalabilir; bunu Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsin.

Fikri mülkiyet

Nullius adı, logosu, uygulamanın tasarımı ve hazır simülasyon koleksiyonu Spone Labs’e aittir. Hazır içerikte kullanılan üçüncü taraf veri ve görsellerin kaynakları uygulamada belirtilir.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Nullius “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulamada haber veririz. Güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Nullius is made by Spone Labs. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies.

The service

Nullius answers science questions, creates interactive simulations, documents and images, and lets you take measurements with your phone’s sensors. Answers and simulations are generated with AI. We take care to show sources and the level of evidence, but any result can be wrong or incomplete.

Not advice

Nullius is for learning and curiosity. Do not base a medical, legal, financial or safety decision on Nullius alone; talk to a qualified professional. The pulse and similar experiments in the measurement lab are educational and are not a medical device.

Account

You can use Nullius without creating an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your history syncs across your devices. You can delete your data or your account at any time in the app’s Settings > Account settings.

Nullius Pro subscription

The free version has daily usage limits. Nullius Pro removes or raises them; the current limits are shown on the subscription screen in the app.
The subscription is offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nullius for unlawful, harmful or dangerous purposes. You may not try to overload the system, get around its limits with automated tools or weaken its security. If these rules are broken, we may restrict or close the account.

Your content

The questions you ask, the photos you add and the content created for you belong to you. You allow us to store and process this content so that we can provide the service. When you share a chat or a simulation, anyone with the link can see it. Simulations added to the shared lab may stay public without any identity; you can turn this off in Settings.

Intellectual property

The Nullius name, logo, the app’s design and its ready-made simulation collection belong to Spone Labs. Sources of third-party data and images used in ready-made content are credited in the app.

Limitation of liability

Nullius is provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
